With mu AW Ultra, running with Exercise on, the Heart rate disappears after a hundred meters and shows again @ the end. No data meanwhile. On my last hiles however, no problem.

With my AWatch Ultra, running with Exercise on, the Heart rate disappears after a hundred meters and shows again @ the end. No data meanwhile. On my last hikes however, no problem.

As the watch works on slow exercise but not on rapid I suggest the Watch may need to have the strap tightened a notch.
