Heart Rate complication not updating since OS 10 update

The Heart Rate complication is not updating since latest update. It goes for 45 minutes to an hour before it changes. If you tap the complication in gives the latest reading, usually 5-10 minutes, but then no more updates unless I tap the complication again. Not cool when you have a heart condition that needs to monitor heart rate
