Nothing from support as yet and I note a strange website www.helenoftroy.com with what appears to be images of product logos, when one accesses support from the app, no big deal just clunky to navigate. Do not select any of the logos, scroll all the way down to Braun support. Anyway, as best I can find on the support page there is nothing referencing this issue, have sent a help request but nothing back yet.
I see that update thanks, and I have updated but no luck.
I repeated all the previous actions, deleted app, reinstalled app, deleted data access, turned off apple health data access for all other apps, rinse & repeat, still no luck.
For now I continue to update BP manually but not ideal as I bought the monitor with auto sync in mind.
