Passes disappearing from my iPhone Wallet, also

I’ve had every event pass disappear from my Wallet since the middle of summer on my iPhone 8. I was involved in extended conversations with Apple Support, including going from one supervisor and their supervisor and then another. Nothing they suggested worked. I recently purchased an iPhone 13 thinking it would resolve the issue, but no. They are still disappearing.


The passes disappear but I am able to load them again from the particular website source. I’ve started to take screen shots so that I have a copy of them. The passes continue to disappear within a day or so of adding regardless of how many times I add them to the Wallet.


They disappear prior to the event’s date regardless of whether I have “hide expired passes” selected or not.
