How do I mute “in app” ads
How do I mute in app ads without effecting my notification/ring tones permanently? Could this be a feature on the Apple 15?

You cannot mute in-app ads. For ad-ware supported software, that is how the developers make their money. To stop them you’d have to upgrade to a paid, ad-free version of the app, if the developer offers one.
