Clearing all notifications of Reminders app is followed by more notifications of the same app

When I have multiple due Reminders I'll get a bundled notification containing all due Reminders. Clicking on "Clear all" will remove all notifications for a brief second before sending the same notification again, containing one less Reminder. This means I'll have to click "Clear all" 5 times when there're 5 due Reminders, waiting a second or two in between.

This is clearly a bug, as the clear all option is rendered useless in this case. I've seen more reports of this issue dating back two years but haven't been able to find a solution. (BTW, I found it a little insulting when Apple's reply, to an earlier post about the same issue, contained a guide on how to use the notification center (which, on this topic, only mentions the existence of a "clear" and "clear all" button) 😑)

What's the status of this issue? I'm aware I'm still on an older MacOS version (for work reasons), so if this issue is already (knowingly) fixed in the current version, let me know!
