"Clear All" for Reminders on Mac OS does not work

I've seen multiple threads on this, all closed without an answer or resolution. Any time I have more than one reminder due and click "clear all" on the banner notification, it only clears the top one and the rest pop back up seconds later. If I have 10 reminders I have to dismiss them one by one as "clear all" does not work. This has happened on all my MacBook Pros from the silicon to the current M1 on Monterey and Ventura (maybe even back to Big Sur).

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 13.2

It's been going on for over a year on multiple OS's and Pro's. I've tried Safe Boot, have no 3rd party software that would interfere and done clean installs. I've submitted feedback, doesn't;t seem those are ever even acknowledged. I was hoping someone here out of all the others having the issue might have heard of a fix, other than to stop using Apple Reminders.

To trouble shoot further you can:

—Test issue in another user (or guest user) account Change Users & Groups settings on Mac - Apple Support

create a bunch of reminders to go off in short order and compare your results—this would be telling in an effort to narrow down the issue.

This will tell you if it a universal issue or isolated to your user/admin account.

if there are other iDevice involved— try signing out of iCloud on the Mac and back in again to re-establish a sync— if you use Reminders there.
