Completely frozen

My phone is completely frozen. I turn it on and can't swipe to unlock. I've tried powering it off but my phone doesn't let me swipe. Basically my phone isn't responding to touch. how could i possibly fix this? i've vacuumed up any moisture out of my phone, it work for a few minutes after then went back to exactly what it was doing. I need help, my parents won't get me a new one. I'm texting through Imac

If your phone came in contact with water, it is likely the internal components are starting to corrode and the phone may no longer function until you see a technician to investigate further.


However, have you tried to Force Restart your iPhone? This is a combination of button presses that do not rely on screen usage.
