Iphone frozen and force restart doesn't make a difference

So one of my Iphone's screen is completely frozen and even with the three button forced restart it still doesn't make it working again, the phone restarts but i still can't swipe nor use the touchscreen in general, what can I do without actually deleting everything off the phone with a factory reset from the mac?

seeking for help as I need the phone

We do not know which iPhone model you have, or which iOS version is installed in order to help:
