The Always On feature has stopped working on my Apple Watch - the screen is just black all the time. Even lifting my watch doesn't bring the screen on - I have to press the crown to get it to display, which is getting very annoying.
Anybody else have this problem ?
Did you already try to force restart the watch by pressing the crown and the side button for at least 10sec, until the Appel logo comes back again?
Hi - yes already tried that, made no difference. However fixed it now - somehow I had switched on Theater Mode, once I turned that off its all OK again.
I did a restart in the past and it didn't fix the problem. Tried pressing the crown and side button for 10 seconds and now i have a permanent apple logo, but the watch is not restarting.
