Wi-Fi connection issues to macOS Ventura 13.7.6 from older MacBooks

From Macs running Sequoia (2023 PowerBook) or High Sierra (2010 PowerBook) cannot connect via wifi to 2017 iMac or 2017 PowerBook running Ventura 13.7.6. Can do Screen sharing. Computer running Ventura will connect to the other PowerBooks. 2017 model cannot update OS beyond Ventura.

The problem connecting to the 2017 MacBook Pro running Ventura 13.7.6 was corrected by reinstalling the OS. The OS could not be reinstalled on the 2017 iMac due to a failing hard drive. I expect I'll be able to connect to the iMac once the hard drive is installed.

Thanks,

Ed
