Wi-Fi Not Connected

The cables are connected to iMac but it still reported "Not Connected".

I would recommend just calling AppleCare however first:


  1. Please unplug your modem for 2-3 minutes and then restart your modem
  2. Please unplug your router for 2-3 minutes and then restart your router
  3. Restart the Mac
