Favorite Song playlist is broken - next / prev not functioning

The Favorite Songs playlist is not operating correctly on Apple Music for Mac.

When navigating to the next / previous song, it does nothing that even remotely comes close to the expected action.

• When selecting NEXT it has two behaviors that occur at random - 1) picks a random song not even in the playlist or 2) players the PREV song.
• The previous song will restart the current song but do nothing else.
• These behaviors do not occur with any other playlist.

It's almost as if Apple Music doesn't very this playlist...as a playlist.

This issue has started more recently, likely within the last few weeks.

Force close / app restart, updates and machine restarts do not resolve the issue.
