iOS 18.5 Mail app stuck on loading screen when forwarding or replying to emails with images in Microsoft 365 accounts

Same. Office 365 account. iPhone 15 Pro Max running iOS 18.5. When replying to an email, the reply message pops up with the recipients and subject, but the message body is blank with a "Loading" message and spinning wheel. It takes about 30-60 seconds to load to where I can begin to start type a reply. Very frustrating.

I have exactly the same issue since updating to iOS 18.5. A restart temporarily fixes the issue but not for long. iPhone 14 Pro user.

I called in and they made me reset my phone.

Super annoying to have to reset my settings and lose all my network passwords just so I can use my email.

This is really getting ridiculous. Yesterday, I had to restart my phone four times because my Mail app was stuck and blank but I had four badges. When it does show unread messages and it looks normal per se, when I go to open an unread message it says “no message selected” and the screen is blank. If anyone has figured out any potential fixes besides restarting the phone four times a day, it would be much appreciated. Thank you. And, yes, this only started after upgrading to 18.5.

Having same issue. When I try to open mail app, greeted with a blank white screen. Need to force close the app and reopen several times before it works. Most of the time I'll need to reboot the phone.

I started to experience this issue today. I am on iOS 18.5 on an iPhone 13 Pro. Sometimes when I open the Mail app, the screen shows all my emails. But if I try to open one of them, it says No Message Selected. On other occasions the screen is completely blank when I open the app.

My wife had the same issue occur today on her Xs.

Doing a hard reset fixed the issue.

Not sure if the issue will reoccur.

I have te same probleem here Iphone 13 mini. Sometimes screen is completely black. Or when selecting an email the app becomes frozen.

rebooting the complete iphone is the only thing what helps. This really needs to be fixed, this is an important app of the phone.

Having similar issue. Mine is not for mail with images, it’s all mail. I have several email accounts. When going into one of the accounts (doesn’t matter which one), the screen freezes. Closing app and going back in to mail, all accounts are blank with no number of emails indicated. Hard reboot of phone may get me back into my emails very temporarily and then it freezes again. Very frustrating to have to keep rebooting phone. Started yesterday. iOS 18.5, 13 Pro

Same. My screen freezes all the time. When I try to open it again, it is white, frozen. When I slide up, I can see the latest mail I was reading. But when I click on it I can't do anything. It looks like an image with no interactive capabilities. This happened with 18.5.

The only solution is to turn off and on the phone.

Same issues in addition Mail has needed the account password re-entered twice. Only reboot fixes for a while.

Seems to have been an Apple server issue? My mail is now working fine.

I had the same issue. I tried several "fixes" but none worked. Had to resort to making an Apple appointment. Now fixed.

I had to reinstall my 2 gmail accounts several times and a IMAP mail account. One gmail account is working correctly at this time. The second gmail account brings up a screen to select the appropriate server each time I attempt to send an email. The IMAP account is working.
