How do I restore missing iCloud backup during iPhone reset?

I did an iCloud backup at 10:46pm, it said it completed successfully before I reset my phone, but it’s not appearing during restore.

please help me find a fix I had crucial images and contacts which I can’t find anymore most things are gone

If you are syncing contacts and photos to iCloud and iCloud Photos, this data is not part of the iCloud backup, it is stored in iCloud directly.
