How do I request lower APR on my Apple Card?

I called to get my APR lowered through Apple Support. I have a 850 credit score with an excellent debt to ratio. My fiancé has the same credit score, with a higher debt to ratio and his APR is much lower than mine. They told me they could do nothing for me. The only difference between us is that I am a female and he is male, and I have less debt. On top of that the representative was extremely rude!
