Smart Playlists Using "Most Often Played" as a Parameter Not Working

Have created a Smart Playlist entitled "Most Played". I do a "Match All" to exclude certain genre's (Genre Does Not Contain Children's, Genre Does Not Contain Christmas) to focus on Rock, R&B, etc. I "Limit To" 100 items, "Selected By" "Most Often Played". I attempted to introduce another exclusion, which is a particular playlist (regular, not smart) created for my children (Playlist Does Not Contain Children's Favorites). When adding this playlist to the exclusions above, the playlist is repopulated but ignores the "Most Often Played" selection. The "Most Often Played" selection is ignored anytime i reference another Playlist within a Playlist.

The rules look OK. I just tried similar rules here, using Music 1.5.2.56 on Sequoia 15.3, and the limit for "most often played" worked correctly. If you are using a different version it may be a bug.

Just to verify, if you uncheck the "limit to" line, do you get the expected result, i.e. the unfiltered list of all songs fitting the criteria?
