i downloaded iPadOS18.3 but apple intelligence not working on my pad siri look like old version not like last version (ipad air m2 chip)

The apple intelligence is not working and it’s using the old siri. It keeps saying download support, where should I download this? and I keep opening the AI (apple intelligence) in the settings and I’ve already turned it on but still doesn’t working; I even restart/reboot the phone. Apple Intelligence not working on iPhone 15 Pro Max after iOS 18.4 update Hi, I live in EU and i have an iphone 15 pro max (A3106 ..ZD/A) and i updated it to 18.4. I understood that i will be able to use apple intelligence stuff but i just only see “Apple Intelligence & Siri” tab in settings but i cant see anything more to activate anything and my siri animation is the same it was in previous versions. is that good? Make sure that:

You're not in the EU
You've the language and Siri language to a supported language
You're NOT in China/Hong Kong/Macau OR your iPad was manufactured for the China Market
