Unable to adjust VO2 Metrics for Surfing activities on Apple Watch

Does the algorithm account for water (swim, surfing). I surf most days and at 59 my VO2 is 35, but in weeks when I just run the VO2 is much higher.

Water Temperature not showing up in Health App I've gone open water swimming a few times with my Apple Watch Ultra and used the Depth app to see the Water Temperature. Very cool. However, after the swim when I go to the Health app and into the Water Temperature section, there is "No Data". In the "Data Sources & Access" section, it says "None" for Data Sources. Why aren't Water Temperature readings from the Depth app showing up in the Health App? How can I make my Apple Watch a Data Source for Water Temperature?

Watch 8 Swimming Activity Inaccurate Measurement For a Pool Swim activity, my Watch 8 (OS 9.3) is not counting swimming laps properly. I have tried reset, erase calibration data and unpair options already, they did not help. Any idea how I can troubleshoot and solve this issue. I still did not calibrate with Outdoor Walk or Run, will update here if I see any difference.

The Watch only estimates V02 during an Outdoor Walk, Outdoor Run, or Hiking workout in the Workout app. It doesn't measure it during surfing.
