Battery cycle count of 3 for a new iPhone 16 Pro
I have seen a YouTube video saying if the cycle count of any new phone is more than 2, one should raise this concern to apple!

That makes no sense at all, the cycle count is going to be how many times the phone was charged to 100% including partial charges adding up to 100%
Whatever video your watching is either incorrect or you are misinterpreting what they are saying in the video.
