Battery Cycle count

So I just got the new iPhone 14, I was checking the battery cycle count is at 301… I just had this phone for 4 days and I only charged it 3 times..

so why is the count so high on this new phone. Does it get my information from my old phone?

It shouldn't take any info (about battery) when you restrore data from a backup.

I don't know what app you've used to find that charging cycles count (and it might be wrong), but, since your iPhone is brand new, I would contact Apple Support using this link:--> Get Support or make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
