Can’t see media in Messenger

iPhone 14 Pro Max won’t download movies and photos to messenger. I’ve done everything the internet suggests and I still can’t access media. Also having difficulty viewing Go Pro through app. Help!

Messenger problems!! My iPhone is up to date with the latest iOS 17.2, I can not see photos in my messenger, it keeps saying “media is no longer available” whenever I click the photo, pictures that I send is not being sent, and my voice messages are not being sent, can anybody tell me why this is happening ??

Messenger is not an Apple product. Contact the app developer here --> App Support or Messenger Help Center | Facebook
