I'm guessing you attempted to Force Restart? Did you try to get it into Recovery Mode with the Mac? If you can't update or restore your iPhone or iPod touch - Apple Support If you cannot get either of those to help, I have no idea what else you can do except to contact Apple Support.
I literally cannot do anything, the phone won’t show in my iMac’s finder, i cannot put it in dfu mode because the phone keeps doing the spinning wheel thing on the phone turn off ui, can’t enter my password because the ui immediately goes off, and the springboard crashes (spinning wheel pops up) when i try to turn the phone off. There’s literally nothing I can do.
