Why can't I find the "Take a Hearing Test" option on my AirPods?

I have the pro 2 with the latest firmware and he latest iOS but I don’t see the hearing test feature. It’s why I bought these

BTW, there is no AirPod Pro 4 or iPod Pro 4 (which you say you have). Are you referring to one of these perhaps?

Are you located in a country that allows it: Countries or regions where the Hearing Test is available?

Sorry the Hearing Test is only available on the AirPods Pro 2.

This is why I bought them, If I don't get answers soon, I will be getting my money back

I agree, same here! The nice Christmas commercial showing the hearing aid function was very compelling. Unfortunately that feature is unavailable if the hearing test cannot complete successfully. I am in the same boat as you and very frustrated.

You are right. AirPod Pro 2 (in settings I can see that they are Model Number A3048)
