Connectivity Widget on Control Panel on iPhone 16Plus

The icon was there on the right side below the home controls and music icons. And then it just disappeared. How do I get it back? It opened up the panel with WiFi, bluetooth, airplane mode, etc

Customize controls

Open Control Center.
Tap. at the top left of Control Center to begin editing the controls.
Do any of the following: Rearrange controls: Drag a control to a new position. ...
When you finish customizing, close Control Center by swiping up from the bottom center of the screen.
