Mac Mini M4's 3.5mm combo jack is CTIA or OMTP type ?

Recently bought a Mac Mini M4, which is the first apple product for me. I have tried using 2 of my wired headphones with this. In both cases, the speakers (ear pieces) work i.e. I am able to hear the sound, but the mic appears to be muted/disabled in Teams and Zoom calls. While researching, I came to know that there are 2 different standards called CTIA and OMTP for the TRRS jacks (or pins), that change the order of Ground and Mic connections on the jack, while left and right ear connections are same for both. That might explain why audio-out (speakers) is working fine, but not audio-in (microphones).
