Genmoji is not available on iPhone 15 Pro after iOS 18.2 update

Did you turn on Image Playground and ChatGPT Integration. They may all be intertwined with Genmoji.

Same here. BUT I noticed in Settings > Apple Intelligence and Siri > Apple Intelligence (at the top of the page) says, “Downloading…” It’s been downloading now for over a day and still no Genmoji icon in notes/keyboard.

Here's how I turned it on. Settings-General-Keyboard select keyboards. Add New Keyboard and search emoji. Add Emoji keyboard and it should appear in your list of keyboards. Back one to Keyboards and scroll to the bottom of the keyboard settings and you should now have an Emoji option. Make sure Stickers option is enabled. Open imessage and start new conversation. Change keyboard to Emoji and prompt to start using Genmoji should appear. iphone 16 pro here in Canada 18.2.

Doesn’t help. No playground or genmoji on a 15pro after 18.2 update. I’m in the EU.

Yes have to have apple intelligence turned on. Make sure you’re plugged in while it’s setting up Apple Intelligence.

I had the same issue. I'm in Canada, my fix was making sure that keyboard and Siri language was set to the same country. I set both to US English, now genmoji is working.
