Emoji search issue on iPhone 16

When I search in emoji on my iPhone while in any app, it only shows my genmojis or create a genmoji. I'm wondering why I can't search for normal emoji. Thanks! (iPhone 16 iOS 18.3)

How to refresh emoji settings on iPhone 13 Pro? I have iPhone 13 Pro and new 18.3.2 update. Emojis I used exactly one time several months ago are in my “recently used” emoji tab and never leave, but emojis I use often get filtered out within a day or two if I use too many other ones. I am sick of seeing the ones I used one time, it shouldn’t but it is driving me crazy. I think this was happening before I updated too, I don’t know how long. I tried deleting and re-adding the emoji keyboard and also resetting the keyboard dictionary and neither helped. I tried turning my phone off and on again a few times too 😅 any help would be appreciated. I noticed while writing this that those steps did work to reset my emojis on safari but not on my messages. You can search for an emoji only under the emoji keyboard. See the pic below

That's what I already did. It only comes up with genmojis.
