Genmoji is not available on iPhone 15 Pro after iOS 18.2 update

The EU isn't getting Apple Intelligence until April 2025. Assuming your phone wasn't manufactured for China (in Settings > General > About > Model - China models end in CH/A), you can still use Apple Intelligence, but you have to set your language and Siri language to a supported language.

Had the same problem, Genmoji button appeared in other apps but not in Messages. Fix was Settings > General > Keyboard, under EMOJI make sure Stickers is toggled on.

I found out that I had to change Siri voice to be the same English as my phone settings. My Siri was set to Irish female and my phone language was English (US). After correcting this it worked.

And the model number, please? I'm not looking for iPhone 16. In Settings > General > About > Model, it will say something like MYW93LL/A. I'm asking because if by chance your phone ends in CH/A, that would be an iPhone manufactured for the China Market and that would mean the phone cannot get Apple Intelligence until it is approved in China.

1. Make sure your iPhone and Siri are set to the same language (good example is English (UK) is not the same as English (US)).
2. Make sure that support for Apple Intelligence is dowloaded (some time and a restart might be needed after #1 and #2).

You haven't told us if your phone is signed in to Apple Intelligence? Do you qualify for Apple Intelligence and have met all the qualifications as detailed in this link --> How to get Apple Intelligence - Apple Support

I had the same issue. I'm in Canada, my fix was making sure that keyboard and Siri language was set to the same country. I set both to US English, now genmoji is working.

Never would have guessed this. I had a UK voice set. Changing to US fixed this.

I was finally able to get it on my iPhone 15 Pro after I turn off my phone and turned it back on.

Your voice and your Siri voice have to be the same such as United States English or AI does not fully load

Did you turn on Image Playground and ChatGPT Integration. They may all be intertwined with Genmoji.

Here's how I turned it on. Settings-General-Keyboard select keyboards. Add New Keyboard and search emoji. Add Emoji keyboard and it should appear in your list of keyboards. Back one to Keyboards and scroll to the bottom of the keyboard settings and you should now have an Emoji option. Make sure Stickers option is enabled. Open imessage and start new conversation. Change keyboard to Emoji and prompt to start using Genmoji should appear. iphone 16 pro here in Canada 18.2.

From your emoji keyboard there should be a button next to the search field.

Where are you located? Also, please go to Settings > General > About > Model and post what the model number is.

I don't what you mean by removed? If you are signed into Apple Intelligence, the switch will be turned on (green) in Settings > Apple Intelligence & Siri > Apple Intelligence

Genmoji is part of Apple Intelligence. In order to get Genmoji, you have to be signed into Apple Intelligence.
