What's the story about Apple Intelligence in Ireland. I've downloaded all the new softwares, but still shows that is available in my region. Anyone knows how to activate it?

i have also downloaded 18.2 to my iphone 16 in Ireland , software is installed and complete, but no new features added , and also intelligence is still showing as not an option,
I’m the same. Nothing there not even an option to join a list. Ireland is in the eu so why they say it’s available in Ireland and not the eu. Contradicts itself. I should have waited for next years iPhone. I was onto support and I was told two different things by them so I dunno 🤷🏻♂️
