When will Apple Intelligence be available in Ireland?

I may be a bit silly but finding it difficult to understand the release date for Apple intelligence in the Republic of Ireland,

Apple Intelligence now features Image Playground, Genmoji, and more - Apple (IE)

This document says Ireland is getting it today 11th December 2024 while the following document

How to get Apple Intelligence – Apple Support (UK)

does say English (Ireland) is supported it also says EU counties have to wait until April and Republic of Ireland is an EU country.

it is not available after the update to iOS 18.2. I have tried on an iPad Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max and going to settings > Apple Intelligence & Siri : it is still saying it is not available in current region.
