How do I reconnect my Apple TV Box to the Home Hub?

I open a Hub connection for the devices in my home I’m traveling and deleted the Hub. I cannot connect the Apple TV Box to the controller in the control panel of my iPhone. I see the Home Screen of the Apple TV box on the television
