Apple TV not acting as a Home Hub

Home Hub Settings shows that Apple TV 4K needs updating to allow its continued use as a Home Hub. The current state is that some accessories work and others show "No Response". This has been a working Home Hub for the last 3 years without issue. The Settings in Apple TV shows that the OS is 15.3 and is the latest. Do I reset the ATV or change something in Home Hub Settings?
