Writing tools, new Siri glow, messages summarisation are not available after updating to 18.1

Did you sign into the waitlist? Have you been an accepted?
Settings>Apple Intelligence & Siri>Apple Intelligence.
I just bought a 16 pro max yesterday have 18.1 and apple intelligence doesn’t even show in my settings to sign up for the waitlist
I just got my 16 pro max yesterday. Apple intelligence & siri doesn’t even exist. I have just Siri still in my settings
You will need to upgrade to 18.1 they don’t ship with this installed
I got it from the AT&T store and it did come with 18.1 already installed

Why do you have to be accepted? :-)
Are you in the US? The other countries have not been deployed to yet for AI.
Only iPhone models 15 and 16 can get Apple Intelligence
the features like erase tool for camera ane other features on apple intelligence can’t be used even after update 18.1

from the UK, I have got iPhone 16 pro max, just got IOS 18.1 but there is no waitlist option
I have 18.1 installed I do have the apple ai option to join waitlist I press on join waitlist but nothing works
It’s still technically in beta I believe

Yeah, I changed my region and it allows me to join the waiting list
Have IOS 18.1 and have no apple intelligence
Apple Intelligence is not available on my iPhone even after updating to iOS 18.1
