Provide us with details of your phone model, the country where you bought the phone and the phones’s language settings and we might be able to help.
You don't have to change the region. You only have to change the iPhone language and Siri language to a supported language.

If they are setup the same way then I recommend you get in touch with Apple Support using either the menu at the top of the page or the Apple Support app which you can install on your phone.

You are clearly able to copy and paste the title of the thread, but what you need to provide is the information from what was determined after reading the posts here. You should not be on iOS 18.1, so that is the first step, then elaborate more after reviewing the requirements. For many people Apple Intelligence is not on their phone and it is not supposed to be.

I’m not sure who you are referencing with “Apple team” here, as this is a user-to-user forum. Most are not Apple staff. The folks that do work for Apple only rarely post around here.

To determine if your settings and your device meet the requirements, you will want to review those. There can be various reasons why Apple Intelligence might not available, such as a device purchased in China mainland.

iOS 18.3 and iPadOS 18.3 are current.
I fixed it guys. I had to go in the setting and start it. It doesn’t come with it stated. Go to it in your general settings. Glad to be of help. We all have it. lol
