Hi, Yalskey.

  1. Only iPhone 15 Pro and newer models support Apple Intelligence.
  2. You need to set your language and region to English and the United States.
  3. Apple Intelligence must be enabled, so ensure you have turned it on in the settings.

For more help, you can try contacting Apple Support or check this article; it has some tips about how to turn on Apple Intelligence.

Go through this link and make sure you meet every qualification, such as you can't live in the EU, your iPhone wasn't manufactured for OR you don't live in a China Market AND you have set your language and Siri language to a supported language --> How to get Apple Intelligence - Apple Support (CA)

Go though the link below and make sure you meet every qualification, such as:

  1. Your phone wasn't manufactured for the China Market (China/Hong Kong/Macau) (the model number ends in CH/A)
  2. You're not in the EU
  3. You've set the language and Siri language to a supported language
  4. Here is the link --> How to get Apple Intelligence - Apple Support (CA)

Set the language of siri to US enhlish

One of the currently supported languages is one of the required settings, yes.

But that alone won’t enable Apple Intelligence world-wide.

In addition to being on the most recent software versions, here are the remainder of the requirements:

AI features are not available on iPhone 14. AI is only available on iPhone 15 Pro and above.

Read the post just above yours, which clearly points out which models of iPhone can run Apple Intelligence. iPhone 14 Pro Max doesn't qualify.

  • Have you set the language AND Siri language to one of the supported languages for AI?
  • If you open Settings > General > About > Model, does it by chance end in CH/A, which would mean the phone was manufactured for the China market, and if it was, Apple Intelligence isn't available on a China Market iPhone regardless of where you live in the world.
  • See this for all of the requirements --> How to get Apple Intelligence - Apple Support

You've provided no information about your phone for anyone to be able to offer much help. Go through this link and make sure you qualify to have Apple Intelligence on your iPhone --> How to get Apple Intelligence - Apple Support (CA)

Key Things:

  1. You must own an iPhone 15 Pro/15 Pro Max or any iPhone 16.
  2. You can't be in the European Union.
  3. You can own an iPhone manufactured for the China Market (if it was, it doesn't matter where in the world you live).
  4. You MUST have set your iPhone language and Siri language to a supported language if you do own an iPhone compatible with Apple Intelligence.

Your iPhone 7 Plus cannot be updated past iOS 15 (currently 15.8.3), and neither the iPhone 7 Plus hardware nor iOS 15 are supported by Apple Intelligence.

For Apple Intelligence on iPhone, both iOS 18 (currently iOS 18.3.1), and an iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, or any iPhone 16 model including iPhone 16e, are required.

Without knowing which iPhone you own, where you are located and the exact model of your iPhone, it will be hard to help you.

  1. You must own an iPhone 15 Pro or 15 Pro Max or any iPhone 16 Model
  2. Apple Intelligence is not currently available in the European Union
  3. Any device manufactured for the China Market cannot use Apple Intelligence (if your model number ends in CH/A, it was manufactured for the China Market)
  4. Read this to make sure you qualify for Apple Intelligence --> How to get Apple Intelligence - Apple Support (CA)

Is your iPhone on the list that supports it, 15 Pro onwards?

Was your phone bought in a country where it can be used, not EU, not China?

Is your device language and Siri language set to the supported language English US?

In the setting Apple Intelligence & Siri, what is the text under the setting title, does it give a reason why it is not available?
