Stuck on hello screen after ios 18 update

Hello,

I just bought an iphone 15 pro max and while installing requested an update for the ios 18, after a long time it turns on and its stuck on hello page, not letting me unlock the phone, keeps sending me back to the hello page. I already forced the reset 4 times and still not working, I was not even able to complete the installation and se the homescreen. I don’t have an MAC, I try to connect itunes, but since it was never really installed, it does not recognize the iphone, I don’t know what to do, I am so frustrated 😣

If you have this issue there is a sollution. It is working on iPhone 16/16 pro.

So first you need to update mac os to latest one.

Then connect your phone to you mac.

Put your phone in DFU mode.

How to put in DFU mode:

After this mac will automatically delete all from the phone and install latest ios.

You will be able to start setting up your phone again with new ios installed
