New Iphone 14 stuck on Hello screen

Hi all, i got a new Iphone 14 yesterday, the software update failed to install properly, and now my phone is stuck on the "Hello" screen, it wont allow me to enter my passcode, I've tried preforming a hard reset, but the screen goes blank and reappears with the hello screen again. I've tried connecting it to my laptop but my laptop is not recognizing my iphone. I've also downloaded the Apple devices app, that cant recognize the either.
