About a week ago, I purchased an iPhone 16 Pro Max from another country, and it will be shipped to someone there. Apple still hasn't charged me, but the order page says, 'We’ve got everything we need.' Is everything okay? Also, does anyone know why it’s taking so long for the iPhone to be prepared for shipping? The page says 3-4 weeks.

I ordered mine in September and it just came yesterday. It is a very high-demand phone and Apple is struggling to make them all on time. It will ship and deliver within 2 days after waiting. Just be patient and they will charge you when it ships and if you traded in an iPhone, send it back in and then they will charge you. Hope this helps!
If the order hasn’t arrived by the 22nd, or Apple hasn’t provided a status update by then, contact Apple Support.
Apple orders tend to be stuck in “preparing”, right up until when the order ships.
Apple will charge once the order ships.
Not at the moment, but it will be soon. Only two weeks have passed so far, and there’s still one more week before it’s ready to ship. After that, it’ll take about a week to arrive
