I have ordered since the 30th of September still in to be treated status

supposed to receive between the 15 and 21st of October

You aren't writing anyone at Apple. This is a user to user only forum. That said, if the order confirmation suggests you will receive your phone by November 1st, then that is when you can expect to receive your phone.
