Utilities in Photos in IOS 18.

I've asked, and I've seen responses to this question already. Some from years ago. But, I honestly don't see any Utilities folder on my iPhone (IOS 18). I open Camera. I pull up my pictures at the lower left. What do I do then? There is no Utilities anything. This is all I see. My last picture.

IOS 18: I see several symbols under Utilities with the word "Recently" in different symbols, and I do not understand the various symbols. Help me, please. What is the difference?

Right! That's because you are in the Camera app. Choosing "All Photos” takes you to the Photos app. But you can get to the Photos app directly by tapping this icon:

I have pictures from other sources, so I usually don't start with the Camera app.

Apple doesn't know you exist--but I do, and I like you already.

That screenshot was of my phone with iOS 18. This was the very bottom of the main window. I wonder if this might be the problem: If you go to the very bottom, you should see "Customize & Reorder." Tap on that. I get this:

Utilities is not checked (I unchecked it just to get this screenshot.) Having it unchecked keeps it from appearing in the main window. You could also move the sections around, so Utilities doesn't appear at the bottom. The original settings have all the sections in the order shown and all are checked except Shared Albums and Wallpaper.

It's only recently occurred to me that people might have different looking screens, so I'm only guessing that this may be the problem. Does your "Customize Screen" give any clues?
