iPhone White screen issue
on July 18th My iPhone 13 Pro was stuck with white screen because of the software update I had a slight fear because my phone was out of warranty period and later I had visited the nearest store and got it repaired for free because I had no scratches and dents on my phone so they accepted my phone for the repair and they submitted back my phone with the new display in just 2 days and later the store themselves said that I will be given 90 days of warranty period for the display if ever this issue repeats in this 90 days I will be able to visit the store and change it for free again.
After 2 months the Issue occurred again and its again the same software issue that caused this and then later I visited the store again and they accepted my phone in the store and I left the place by the time I reach home I get a call from the store saying they can't do the screen replacement (so what they stated me on call is that they had given me one exception for the display issue and they won't be giving 2nd exception on my case they said ) I asked you had given me 90 days of warranty period and what was that about then?
so they started apologising for that statement and said they can't accept my phone there at service station.
My opinion on this is if it's my fault that I had dropped my phone or dipped in the water or something I would have to put money from my pocket on whatever the expenses that will occur to replace the parts but here its not at all my fault and its full blame has to go to Apple because of their software issues.
Now the major thing is just because of their fault its costing my money into this as they said it will cost around 40K Indian rupees to replace my screen from the service station and i tried my best to make them understand that its not at all my mistake here that I have to lose hard earned Money for their issue but nothing helped in my favour they are asking me to pay 40K if I have to change the screen.
I am not at all happy with the service I am getting by buying apple product. Every middle class person can understand the pain of buying his own dream phone and finally they treat the customer like this even if its not his fault on the issue occurring in the phone.
We need to somehow fight against this and get some solutions from apple themself.
Please guys if someone has any answers for my issue or know a way that I can get an 2nd exception from the apple do let me know
