Regarding Display Complaint (Green Line on Screen)of IPhone 13 Mini
I was a regular iPhone user since 2017, using IPhone SE and was really satisfied with that. Due to the love towards this brand, I shifted to 13 mini on April 2022. I was very happy until this problem occurred on 3 days before. All of a sudden I saw a green line on the left side of the screen. There is not even a scratch in my phone and no physical damage or water damage. Suddenly I contacted Apple customer care and they told me to do something in the settings with out disconnecting the call and I have completed all their instructions and after verifying my phone they told me that it’s not a hardware issue,so you should go to your nearest iPhone customer service office and today I went there and tell them about all these problems. After there verification they told me that it’s display issue and specifically told me that it is an issue associated with Image quality issue. My Apple Case Id is 102****53 and my serial number is MY*****CG4.Model number is MLJH3AH/A. They told me that I have to pay the money for changing the display and it’s very costly some what about more than 25000. The customer care service people communicated with Apple authority through chat option and after a long chat they also told to pay for replacing the display. So I was disappointed and I communicated them through Apple support chat option and they also told me the same thing that, I have to pay for that. Then they connect the higher authority of Apple to solve this issue through phone call. They also suggested the same thing and I am not willing to pay for the same.Since it’s an issue related to all the phones in 13 series ,and it’s not because of my fault, I am not ready to pay for it. I am a member of iPhone users community in facebook,I report this issue in that facebook page with the photo of my screen,more than 25 people responded that they also have the same issue regarding 13 series and they told that it’s only the problem of 13 series and more than 10 people told me that they got display replacement free of cost , and they told me that you should report it to iPhones higher authority to resolve it as free of cos t. Currently I am not in a financial situation to pay for this. So please consider my complaint and do the needful at free of cost,as early as possible.
