Just upgraded to Sequoia. Lots of niceness; hooray, blah, blah, blah...
I use the Calculator - all the time; I use the Paper Tape - all the time.
Where did the Paper Tape go?
I see there is now a "Show History" - but it's grayed out when using "Scientific" in "RPN" mode.
Wait; what...?
Is there another toggle / workaround?

Literally the app I used every single day no matter what and the tape is why I never switched to a different calc app...for YEARS. Now it's useless for me.
I really hate Apple sometimes 🤦♂️

It also works for me in "Scientific".
BUT, if I could be so bold: as per my original note, that is not what I asked.
So...
If I could impose on you: would you please try it in "Scientific" in "RPN" mode?

Programmer fight! I may have had to implement RPN with a stack, but I would never use it.

I had an HP, 11C maybe? I loved it. And the best thing was that no one ever borrowed my calculator and didn't return it. They'd hand it right back.
And the build quality was fantastic.
Works in Scientific mode here...

I didn't hate it then - loved it; I don't hate it now - still love it.
Still have an old HP 15C - carry it with me everywhere; and still use it.

I followed your advice: bought PCalc for my MBP. Love it - highly recommend.
Now, I need to upgrade from PCalc Lite on my iPhone and iPad to the full version!

Seems like the solution to Tape is provided by etresoft
Control + Command + S
This will show history from where you can copy the calculation and also the result.

I suggest trying a copy of Calculator version less than 11 from a previous OS version.
