Usual WhatsApp notification not coming when iPhone is locked
Sometimes I don't get the notification from WhatsApp when phone is locked.
No focus mode is on, notification settings are as should be.
- I have restarted the phone
- Force restarted
- Uninstaled the app
- Tried with Telegram. Didn't recive any notification at all
- Updated the iPhone do the leatest IOS. Even the new 18
- Given Apple feedback every detail with time, ect. Many times
I happens time to time in random. No sound, no screen lights, only I see the red dot at the app. Contacted Apple support and didn't get any solution.
Started thith IOS 17.4 and I think is an IOS bug.
My other work iPhone works perfectly since day one and it is 2 generations old.
Does anyone with this problem have a solution or I should hope that someone at Apple finds the bug and releases any future update?
