Not receiving WhatsApp notifications when Lock Screen

iPhone 13
IOS 17.2
Whatsapp Version 23.25.80

Settings:

Notification in WhatsApp app (On)
Notification for WhatsApp in Settings (On)
Notification on Lock Screen (Default)
Background App Refresh (On)
Do not disturb (Off)
Low power mode (Off)

What I did:

Phone reset (Done)
Reinstall App (Done)

Network:

WiFi connection well (Tested 100Mbps)
Data connection well (5G tester 500Mbps)

After done all those steps, I still not receiving WhatsApp notification while Lock Screen (WhatsApp only). So can anyone tell me what’s the problem and how to fix it?

It is happening to me since IOS 17.4, now I have 17.5.1. I also have an iPhone 13. My work phone (iPhone 11) works fine.

It seams that is happening only on my home Wi-Fi (not sure about that).

Did you find any fix?

It has been really annoying for the last months.

Just to make sure, if you check Notifications, "Show Preview" is enabled, scrolling down to WhatsApp, do you see the same settings?

Right beneath that, tap on "WhatsApp Notification Settings", which will take you directly inside the App itself.

The settings for notifications should all be enabled in this section.

Switch off Screen Time completely and try again to send a WhatsApp message.

ScreenTime can also restrict using message and other social media apps.

I am starting to hate iPhones for this issue. It can't do a basic thing like sending a notification that even a 100 dollar phone can do.

I have the same settings on my iPhone 12 and no issues with messages on lock screen.

Does you other iPhone have a different phone number and account?

Do you have an Apple Watch connected, that also shows incoming notifications?

Actually mine (iPhone 13 Pro Max), Sis’s (iPhone 12), Dad’s (iPhone 11) have the same settings, and this iPhone 13 is my mum’s. Only her 13 has this issue. I don’t think it matters with phone number, and she doesn’t have Apple Watch.

Scrolling down to Whatsapp:

In WhatsApp Notification Settings:

As you can see, everything has turn on but still can't receive notification while lock screen.

I've check every setting with my other iPhone, they are same but don't know why it just can't receive the message when it is lock.

Nope, it’s enabled.

Seems like there’s something in the background cuts the receiving signal or WiFi for WhatsApp after several minutes. I’ve tested to send her, and she doesn’t receive. There’s only 1 tick show in my WhatsApp.
