I’m getting no WhatsApp notifications when my iPhone 12Pro (iOS 16.3.1) is locked.
ALL notifications are set to “on” in phone settings and WhatsApp.
If the phone is open / unlocked I get a notification.
Driving me nuts! Thanks in advance.

Scroll, find and Tap WhatsApp
Make sure that you're allowing notifications on your "Lock Screen". There should be 3 options...Lock Screen, Notification Center and Banners

DAGNAMIT! I thought I had it!!!
Did you check your "Scheduled Summaries"? Kind of a last ditch effort here, but still. If the notifications aren't set to appear "immediately", they won't show up until those WhatsApp notifications are set to show at a specified time.
Thank you - I appreciate the response. All notifications are set to on, ticked, and enabled. I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled and the device software is up to date. Not resolved I'm afraid
