Allow Tracking greyed out

I am unable to turn on allow tracking on my iPhone. My phone is running on ios 17.5. It states that "this setting cannot be changed because your Apple ID is missing age information".

There is a message saying “this setting cannot be changed because your Apple ID is missing age information.” My birthdate is correct (birth year 1978) so that shouldn’t be an issue. I even tried changing the date with no luck. I made sure to update to the latest iOS 17.5. I logged out of iCloud, restarted the phone, and logged back in to iCloud as some have recommended; that didn’t work. Hopefully someone has some advice that I haven’t tried.

Why can't I enable tracking on my iPhone when I am 18? My phone will not let me enable tracking because of the minimum age requirement, but I’m q8??? Can not enable tracking, even though I am 18 years old. [Edited by Moderator]

Tracking grayed out I am not able to allow tracking. Apple says it is because of age restrictions. However, my age is correct on my Apple ID. I have turned off Apple devices and restarted, but the problem continues. This has just happened in the last twelve hours.
