refund for an item sent to my Apple pay still not received

So, I was issued a refund for an item i bought on eBay about 9 days ago. It said it would only take 3-5 business days for me to get my money back. However it’s been 9 days now, i contacted eBay support and they said they already sent it, and that I would have to ask Apple Pay support. I need help since im confused, and i need my money back.
