It’s been over 6 weeks since I was processed a refund by eBay for a purchase that never arrived.
I payed thru Apple Pay and my linked bank card - they told me it had gone thru April 13th but I’ve yet to receive the money into my bank account ?

Apple does not handle the refund. It’s between the merchant and credit/debit card. Since ebay is saying they initiated the refund and sent funds. PayPal should have credited your account.
He didn’t respond back in December, I doubt he’ll respond now.

Well on eBay it states refund Apple Pay - so far no funds in my account - no activity on my PayPal.
Contacted eBay who said it can take up to 30 days as I used Apple Pay - still no refund in my account.
You keep referring to PayPal. If PayPal isn’t your bank, who is?
Whoever your bank/credit card issuer is, is who you need to be talking to.
Again, refunds (transfer of funds) happen between merchant and bank.
Refunds are handled by the merchant (PayPal) and the bank that issued the payment method (your credit card). Apple Pay is the payment system and does not handle refunds.
I didn’t use PayPal - i clicked use Apple Pay and double clicked the iPhone which has my bank card linked to it .. ?so how are PayPal involved ?
